Rupert responds with great precision on why being spiritual also means that one needs to be involved in the world. There is no such thing as too much and that is how we learn how to balance spiritual life and our life in general.
Rupert highlights that non-duality is all about understanding and experiencing that peace is what we are , not something we can lose.
Rupert studied the teachings of Advaita Vedanta and the tantric tradition of Kashmir Shaivism through Dr. Francis Roles, Shantananda Saraswati, P.D.Ouspensky, Krishnamurti, Rumi, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta, Robert Adams, Francis Lucille, Atmananda Krishnamenon and Jean Klein.
